Review
Ana Gabriel Tu lo decidiste meaning and English lyrics translated
Ana Gabriel is one of the most famous Mexican singers and entrepreneurs of the last decades. Her obsession with music started when she was six and since then her musical career has awarded her more than 13 prizes and has worked with other great artists such as Marc Anthony, and Jose Luis Perales among others.
Most of Ana Gabriel's lyrics are about empowering women and the importance they must to themselves when love is in the middle of the feeling. Tu lo decidiste – “You decided it” is one of those songs. The lyrics are about a girl whose boyfriend left her without explanation. She suffered a lot but she was strong enough to understand what she was worth. The guy who left her thought that she was going to be weak and look for him and in the end, who ended up looking for her was him. He wants to amend things and ask her to forget what happened but she rejects him.
Ana Gabriel made a great job with the lyrics but what makes Tu lo decidiste wonderful is her magnificent voice which has a tone of a woman who has felt the pain of separation and now is being tricked to fall again. In terms of learning Spanish, easy song, with easy words and verbs, there is nothing difficult about the song , so overall excellent song to practice while Spanish in your free time.
If you want to know a little more about Ana Gabriel check her Instagram , she is a wonderful woman with an incredible career.
