Review
Fonseca Simples corazones meaning and lyrics explained
Simples corazones – “Simple hearts” is a song by the Colombian singer Fonseca . The song was released in 2018 and it is a song about how it feels to be with someone and at the same time love someone else.
The lyrics tell us the story of a man who is talking to a girl , he says he cannot hold it anymore, he needs to tell her that he loves her so much. He knows that she is dating someone, and he is too dating someone, but that doesn’t matter, he confesses to her his love.
That never happened to him and he is surprised, he doesn’t want to hurt anyone, but what can he do in his situation? He loves that girl so much that he doesn’t care to lose everything in the process. Reading the lyrics, we can assume that the girl feels the same as him so he tells her that no matter how rude things go, after winter the flowers will grow up because they are just simple hearts.
Simples corazones have easy lyrics to translate and understand , the singing is a little fast but not too much to be complicated to hear and follow and Fonseca’s voice is clear every moment. Overall, Simples corazones is a good song for practicing Spanish because it isn’t difficult and it has a good rhythm you may end up repeating the song over and over which will be great to remember the words you are learning.
