1,2,3,4 Le ha dado por meaning in English: “Le ha dado por” is a Spanish expression that refers to when someone or something is doing something repetitively, is up to something, or something is happening repetitively recently. For example:
“A tu padre le ha dado por comer muy tarde por la noche” – “Your father has begun to eat very late at night" here the explanation to “Le ha dado por” is “Begun” as the father has started to eat and made a habit to eat very late at night.
“Me ha dado por tener dolor de cabeza cuando tomo mucho sol” – “I've been getting headaches when I get too much sun” see how “Me ha dado por” is translated in this case as “I've been getting”
“Le ha dado” and all its variation don’t have a literal translation and it has to be analyzed in every case, but if you practice enough you will be able to comprehend its meaning all the time.

Jerry Rivera Qué hay de malo meaning and English lyrics explained
Qué hay de malo – “What’s wrong” or “What’s wrong with” is a song by the famous Puerto Rican salsa singer Jerry Rivera . The song was released in 1993 and it was among the first songs the singer published.
Qué hay de malo is a song about a young man who wants to see his girlfriend , but her father is against their relationship. The boy wonders if her dad never fell in love when he was young because what’s wrong with love? What’s wrong with being young and wanting to enjoy life? The boy doesn’t want to give up while his girlfriend's dad is making everything in his power to end their love and make his daughter forget the boy.
Qué hay de malo by Jerry Rivera is a long song, but its fast rhythm and lyrics make you feel like the song was shorter than it was. The lyrics aren’t difficult, just a few sentences are difficult to translate, the singing is fast and if you aren’t used to listening to Spanish you will probably get lost while listening. In any case, this song is extremely good for learning and I recommended it to those who want to introduce themselves to the Salsa genre.
