Review
Song summary: "Algo más" is the second single from the second studio album Flores de Alquiler by the Spanish band La Quinta Estación.
Song emotion:
Natalia Jiménez, the vocalist of La Quinta Estaición, had to leave Spain in 2004 to record her first single with Sony Music. The same trip would inspire the song "Algo Más" because the vocalist was leaving love in another country and would be inspired by the distance of this pain.
About the video:
The video was recorded in a bar in Mexico City, and was directed by Alejandro Hernández, who would later be hired to direct the video for the song "El Sol No Regresa".
The scene and costumes are set in the 1950s, which is why the video is shown in black and white. The band is seen performing at a nightclub, while a couple enjoys the song. Once inspired by the artists, they get up from their seats to caress each other.
