Review
Monsieur Periné Nada's meaning and English lyrics explained
Nada – “Nothing” is a sad and melancholic song by the Colombian band Monsieur Periné . The song tells us the story of a girl who broke up with her boyfriend recently after so many times in a toxic relationship between the two.
The girl narrates the last moments of the relationship with the man, saying that sometimes when he visited her in his mind he was probably planning on leaving. He gave everything to her but when everything ended, he left nothing in her. little by little they were separating their ways and when she finally decided to break up with him, he wasn’t hurt because he already knew what was coming.
The girl realizes that before her relationship she was fine and happy, now that everything is over, she will go leaving nothing behind and taking nothing with her.
Nada is an excellent song for someone who has some Spanish knowledge , I wouldn’t recommend this song to someone who is starting to learn Spanish as that person could result confused thanks to the many lyrics and verbs it has. However, if you consider yourself brave and you like challenges, you can try practicing and translating the song. The voice of the singer is slow and clear , Nada is great if what you want is to practice your pronunciation with complex sentences. Overall, Nada is a cool romantic song with beautiful lyrics, and a nice rhythm and you will end up remembering that love from the past that you liked so much.
